International trade involves the coordination of multiple stakeholders, documents, and critical timelines. Exporting companies and freight forwarders need full visibility of their shipments to ensure operational efficiency, prevent delays, and reduce costs associated with lack of information. To address this need, Arpaflu commissioned FriWi to build an integrated platform that centralizes and automates maritime shipment tracking, connecting in one place all the information from different shipping lines and logistics documents.

FriWi designed and developed ArpaTrack, a maritime traceability platform that integrates technology, automation, and user experience. Key features include automatic shipment tracking through integration with international shipping APIs, smart dashboard summarizing total shipments, pending, in transit, reserved, and delivered, client and shipment management, linking bookings, containers, and movements to each company, automated alerts and updates on port movements and estimated departure/arrival times, document and physical traceability module, with cut-off dates, internal references, and custom tags, and modern, scalable design, with a dark interface, intuitive navigation, and multi-user support.

Impact
ArpaTrack has achieved significant results: full centralization of shipments on a single platform, significant reduction in operational tracking time, 360° visibility of container status and location, and full automation of document and physical traceability.

The platform is built on a modern and scalable architecture that integrates Next.js and React for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, PostgreSQL as the main database, integration with international shipping APIs, Tailwind CSS for design, and deployment on Vercel for maximum performance and scalability.
